This list goes to show you that domain evaluations is worth as much as you’re willing to pay for it.
Generic domains and pidgeon shit names aside, there is no way you could predict the market value of those names correctly if they were submitted to you in your prior post.
The end user dictates the value of a domain name by the the price they are willing to pay.
And your evaluations must be viewed as only a free subjective opinion, nothing more or less.
However, it’s a great service what you did in the previous post of domain evaluations.

I completely agree with you for the most part. There are some names that sold that are descriptive/generic and were sold for fair value. There are plenty of names that sold for far more than I would ever imagine.

I too, have to agree with you when you say that an owner’s “valuation” is nothing more or less than a subjective opinion. I think that domain IP is unique, as an asset-class, in that objective opinion on domain valuation is usually left by the wayside and an owner will often “defend” his stance on valuation by referring to the fact that his his domain is unique…

Yes. Assuming that the venue, or chosen mechanism for selling, is as good and as relevant as it can be, then this really will dictate the value of a domain name.
