Google PageRank Update: How Domain Sites Fared

I read that Google updated the Page Rank of websites on a rolling basis a few days ago, and I did some analysis to see how several domain related websites fared. For me personally, most of my sites remained the same and a couple of them had PR increases. I don’t know how much (if any) weight Google gives to PageRank these days, but the results are below:

  1. You consider this a domain blog: FragerFactor.com ???

When was the last original, intelligent, more than 3 sentence thing that guy wrote about domains?

There’s a reason why his site is the most blocked site on Domaining.com.

  2. Why list domainstate.com? Theyre dead. Haven’t published in so long.

Owen, you publish all the time but half of it is not domaining related.

You forgot domainsherpa.com. They should be listed.

What about tiawoood.com? She blogs too.

  3. I don’t hold much importance on PR these days but was pleasantly surprised to see that my blog which I only launched a few months ago and only have a dozen or so posts on already has a PR3. Was expecting 1 or maybe 2. Looks like some of the links I’ve built to it must have been of decent value. Still got a long way to go to get to 5 though šŸ˜‰

  4. Thanks for taking the time to do this research. I don’t know how much weight is given either, but it’s always nice to see how the top websites are doing regarding Google PageRank.

  5. @Elliot

    Don’t be a stranger!

Google are now offering free mobile templates, looks like Google is starting to see the light. šŸ˜‰

    Snowboards.mobi now PR4
