Name.com Running #LoveWins Promo

Name.com is celebrating the US Supreme Court’s marriage equality ruling with a special domain name promotion. The company is offering discounts on .LGBT and .Wedding domain names. The promo code the company set for this campaign is LoveWins, which is the popular hashtag that is trending on Twitter and Facebook right now.

This looks like smart marketing since there are going to be many more people able to get married in the US as a result of this ruling, and a .Wedding domain name would probably make a good destination url for those who can’t buy the .com. In fact, my brother recently got engaged and I couldn’t find a good, relevant .com domain name for them. I’ll be sending them to Name.com to buy a .Wedding domain name.
