Video: Entrepreneur Chat with Merlin Kauffman

Earlier this week, I wrote a brief review of Soothe, an on-demand, in-home massage therapy service founded by Merlin Kauffman. I want to share a video interview that Entrepreneur posted yesterday.

In the video that is embedded below, Merlin discusses hiring employees for his company. I found this interesting because I am more of an ideas person who lacks technical and development skills. If I ever have the desire to build something big like Merlin has done, the advice Merlin shared would be well received. I am sure there are people reading this who have big ideas like Merlin’s, and perhaps seeing Merlin’s success will be motivational.
