Weekly Brokerage Listings

Listed below are new brokerage listings (or significantly reduced prices) from several domain brokers and aftermarket brokerages. If you are interested in purchasing or discussing one of the domain names, contact the broker directly.

You are welcome to list a domain name that you own that is for sale in the comment section. The requirement is the same for the brokers – one domain name per person, it must be priced, it must be a new sale listing, and you must leave your contact information.

If you are interested in buying a domain name, please contact the domain brokers or the people who listed them directly. I do not verify any of the listings, so do your due diligence before buying and always use an escrow service like Escrow.com to complete a transaction.

  • Bra.com – $159,000 – Sedo, Dave Evanson

I really like that MOJO name and can’t wait to see it developed someday! Again, thank you Elliot for encouraging posts! This week, VinsDomains is offering:

    Abola.org for only $999

Abola has 2,740,000 [exact] global monthly searches with very low competition and is taken in most other extensions. Abola is a very popular proper name. Abola is a cloak made out of thick woolen cloth and is the name of a popular soccer magazine. This domain name gets a bit of type-in traffic as a parked domain.

Wow, if you guys are registering names like this, and pricing like this, you are not learning anything from domaining.com… or Elliot for that matter, sorry it had to be said.

    January 23rd, 2013 at 11:15 pm

It’s obvious that someone jealous of Elliot’s weekly brokerage success, probably a rival blogger, has been abusing the the like/dislike system; what’s perplexing is how lethargic/apathetic/torpid Elliot appear to be in subduing the culprit, and have some respect for his commentators/visitors. The dislikes should be cleaned up, before it kills the whole thing.

    January 24th, 2013 at 12:45 am

I think the system is giving the sellers good feedback about how potential buyers feel about their domains, and pricing. Don’t take it personal, sometimes an objective reality check can be a good thing.

      January 24th, 2013 at 3:19 am

      Elliot Silver

Most people seem to like the feature. I am pretty sure it’s not a “rival blogger.”

I will make myself known to all who are interested in knowing I just disliked your comment.

      January 24th, 2013 at 9:38 am

@Uzoma, if it makes you feel any better, I disliked my own post offering my name. Why? Because I don’t have a big ego. I couldn’t care less how many dislikes, or likes for that matter, any of my posts receive.

      January 24th, 2013 at 5:07 pm

      lol @ sergio,

No, actually it’s all in fun. As you can all my posts have zero likes, which means I don’t even click on them. It’s all in fun. Thanks for your sympathy however.

    Here’s a cross section of this week’s Sedo sale $1500 to $2000

So, compare to my offering of GenericElectronics.com for $1500. Original price after 1/30 $8888. So giving “dislike” for that shows gross ignorance. You can open a biz with GenericElectronics.com and make millions a year.

    charlestonweddings.com 2.000 USD
    ifixpc.com 2.000 USD
    edumag.com 1.995 USD

    January 24th, 2013 at 4:12 am

I have to admit genericelectronics.com is a reg fee type domain, maybe others can sound in. Generic is not a million dollar brand.

      January 24th, 2013 at 9:37 am

I wouldn’t use the 98CENTS GoDaddy coupon code on that name.

      Just saying……

      January 24th, 2013 at 11:14 am

You should start off by educating yourself first. Take a gander at:

      GenericSoftware.com <–just merged

      ..and so on.

Generic is the antonym to Name Brand. And GenericElectronics.com doesn't have the singular-plural issue. It's actually a $xxx, xxx name.

      January 24th, 2013 at 12:19 pm

      Okay, here we go….

      “It’s actually a $xxx,xxx name.”
*This is why registrars make tons of money, someone back me up here… Delusion amongst domain buyers. $xxx, xxx? If I give you my address, would you send me an oz. or two of whatever herbals you are toking? Those may be worth $xxx, xxx. Certainly not GenericElectronics.com*

      2013 Update-
NO ONE is searching for “Generic Electronics”. I’m a tech nerd and I;ve NEVER heard that phrase in my life. Hold on, let me search Gizmodo, Tech Crunch and some other gadget sites…. Okay, zero mentions. This isn’t a name that Amazon, TigerDirect, NewEgg or BestBuy would feed to their dying dogs. Sorry. You need to wake up, in my opinion. You are sumthin! lol. $8 adds up….Think about it. All the poor quality hand regs I;ve seen you post in Elliots comment section could have bought you a few quality names that make MUCH more than these bird pellets. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, don’t shoot the messenger!

      January 24th, 2013 at 1:42 pm

I’m laughing at you, whoever you are.

I am the one that fought Elliot to a stand still about posting a separate post for small domainers, and a separate one for elite domainers; where the posts are separate but not equal, because one, the elite, were promoted on domaining headlines, and the other not. We had a major ruckus over it, until he combined the two. What thank you do I get? None!

So your problem is how much I pay for my domains? For your information I have much more expensive names, but why post it where most can’t afford it? They are for development and end user. Visit my sites.

      January 24th, 2013 at 4:13 pm

I took you up on the challenge of (Gizmodo, Tech Crunch, etc) and all of them have many articles on Generic Electronics, in the hundreds. So, you are just blogging out of your ass. Here’s one link:

      January 24th, 2013 at 4:47 pm

“…I;ve NEVER heard that phrase in my life…”

Well…..probably a ‘Future Trend’ domain name……where no one heard until 3 years time……

      January 24th, 2013 at 6:25 pm

Try searching for it on google, yahoo, or bing.

      January 24th, 2013 at 6:54 pm

I reallllllllllllly hope you dont mean ANY of these:

You seriously peddle these hand regs?

I need to become a registrar, apparently.

      January 24th, 2013 at 10:08 pm

I do mean those and thousand others!

Since you’ve been criticizing I have more names going beta:

      and many more…

I develop my names. I doubt if you do. Let’s see your own list. I have a feeling you are “Elliot”, that’s the own person anti-hand registration i know.

      Elliot Silver

It most certainly wasn’t me. If I had any issue with what you are posting, I could easily mark all comments by you as spam or simply block your IP and prevent you from visiting my blog.

I’ve always been up front with you and have no need to disguise myself, just as no other “rival blogger” is hitting the dislike button.

Take better responsibility of anonymous posters, else, they end up being your alter ego. An extension of you. You.

In our day and age, this one would have sold for much more, if nothing but all the sin, and adventure in the back seat!
