iStockPhoto Having a One Day Sale

iStockphoto logoOn my websites (not including this blog), I try to add a photo or graphic to most of the pages. I understand that visitors stay longer on pages that have a graphic, and it might be better for SEO as well. Although I often use free photos from Flickr (with attribution), I use stock photos as well.

My favorite stock photo website is iStockphoto, and I want to let you know about a one day sale the company is running today only. If you use the special promo code  DEAL15, you’ll save 15% on your purchase. I haven’t seen iStockphoto give out special coupon offers like this before, and I want to share it in case it can be useful to you.

I like iStockphoto.com because it’s easy to search, and the company has a huge selection of stock photos from which you can choose. I generally prefer stock photos over the free Flickr photos on static pages on my site and/or when I think a more precise image is necessary. I find it to be a time saver to use iStockphoto instead of Flickr, and when I overlay a photo over a graphic, it’s easier to use a stock photo service.

Visit the site for full details about the offer. There are some terms and conditions including these: ” *Valid for online purchase only. May be redeemed only once and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. Qualifying conditions, such as minimum purchase amounts, may apply.” This promo is billed as a 24 hour offer, so if you’re interested, you should check it out now.

This isn’t any type of affiliate deal or paid post.
