Congrats! Elliott, if Rick Schwartz can disclose his $750K sale recently, then why can’t you disclose this one? :)

Congrats for the great city name Elliot.

If you know of another US city with significant population that is for sale please let me know.

We have a direct deal with Idearc (superpages) for years and I would like to test how city domain visitors may convert.

Great catch and now you can write off all your California trips to build up the site.

Nice one, congratulations. Salinas is a beautiful, green, agriculturally rich area. Vegetable fields everywhere, mild weather, open minded people. I am sure the website will be a pleasure to develop.
